摘要
校企合作、工学结合促进了校企之间知识和技能的合作,同时也搭建了校企之间文化交流的桥梁。校企文化的渗透融合,将促进校企之间的协同创新,形成校企合作的精神力量,同时也使高职院校校园文化的内涵更丰富,文化育人效果更显著。
School-enterprise cooperation and the combination of work and study promote the school-enterprise knowledge and skills cooperation, but also set up a bridge between the cultural exchanges between schools and enterprises. The infiltration and integration of school-enterprise culture will promote collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises and form the spiritual strength of school-enterprise cooperation. Meanwhile, it makes the connotation of campus culture in higher vocational colleges more abundant and makes the effect of cultural education more remarkable.
