摘要
温度是影响新鲜水果、蔬菜储存的重要参数,温度测量不准确,可能会对蔬菜质量造成一定影响,针对传统冷库管理系统测温不精确、工作局限性、需要冷库管理人员定时记录数据的缺点,提出了基于CAN网络与虚拟仪器的冷库管理系统,将单片机与虚拟仪器相结合,通过CAN网络实现了远距离控制冷库温度的目的,虚拟仪器管理界面可以实现多通道温度同时工作,通过设定记录时间间隔定时记录数据,通过虚拟仪器的Web发布工具实现温度的网络共享功能,通过互联网即可随时观测冷库温度变化。
Temperature is an important parameter affecting the storage of fresh fruits and vegetables. Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional cold storage management system,such as inaccurate temperature measurement,limitation of work and the need for manager to record data regularly,a cold storage management system based on CAN network and virtual instrument is proposed. Combining SCM with virtual instrument,remote control of cold storage temperature is realized through CAN network. The management interface of virtual instrument can realize simultaneous operation with multi-channel temperature. Through recording the data regularly and the network sharing of temperature data using the Web publishing tool of the virtual instrument,the temperature variation of the cold storage can be observed at any time.
