摘要
本文对重庆某重晶石与萤石共生矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,并对其选矿工艺进行了探索。针对该矿石特殊的选矿性质,研究采用先重选后浮选的工艺,并优化了开路试验流程。原矿分两个粒级入重选,重选所得的重晶石精矿品位为93.44%,回收率为87.88%;重选所得萤石矿再磨后进入浮选,浮选所得的萤石精矿品位为97.13%,作业回收率为69.56%,综合回收率为62.83%。研究结果表明,先重选后浮选的工艺适合该矿中重晶石与萤石的分离,能够取得良好的效果。
Through exploring mineral processing technology and researching technical mineralogy of a fluorite-barite Ore from Chong Qing, a process of gravity concentration-flotation was chosen and an open-circuit flowsheet was opti- mized based on the special nature of the ore. Through the gravity concentration process dividing into two size frac- tions ,the grade of barite( BaSO4 ) concentrate is 93.44% and the recovery of barite( BaSO4 ) is 87.88% ;through the flotation process on regrinding the gravity of fluorite ore, the grade of fluorite (CaF2 )concentrate is 97. 13% , the re- covery of fluorite( CaF2 ) is 69.56% and the comprehensive recovery of fluorite( CaF2 ) is 62.83% o Results indicate that gravity concentration-flotation process is suitable for the processing of this ore and satisfying effect can be ob- tained.
