燃机低氮燃烧系统配置研究

摘要 按照深圳市人民政府对新建燃气发电机氮氧化物排放质量浓度控制在15mg/m^3以下的要求,对国内三大主机厂进行了技术调研,根据调研情况,在配置选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝系统情况下,综合比较燃机NO_x常规排放运行模式与超低排放运行模式下的经济性,确定新建项目燃气发电机组低氮燃烧系统配置要求:按常规NO_x排放运行模式并配套低氮燃烧器+选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝设备。 According to the requirements of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government on the control of nitrogen oxides emission of new gas generators below 15 mg/m^3,the technical research of the three host machine factories was carried out.According to the research situation,in the case of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)system,comprehensive comparison of the conventional NO_xemissions mode and the economy of the ultra low emission operation mode,determined the configuration requirements of low nitrogen combustion system for new gas turbine.According to the conventional NO_xemission operation mode,a low nitrogen burner+selective catalytic reduction process was adopted.
