新型生物农药棘孢木霉菌防治辣椒疫病应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过室内盆栽试验和大田试验验证3亿CFU/g棘孢木霉菌WP对辣椒疫病的防控效果。盆栽试验结果:3亿CFU/g棘孢木霉菌WP用量2 000倍液、3 000倍液灌根处理防治辣椒疫病,药后7~21 d防效分别为91%~100%、87%~93%,同类竞品3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉菌制剂2 000倍液防效80%~93%。大田试验结果:药后15 d、30 d,3亿CFU/g棘孢木霉菌WP灌根施药的防效均显著高于喷雾施药,相同用药方式下3亿CFU/g棘孢木霉菌WP用量2 000倍液防效(97%、89%)高于3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉菌WP 2 000倍液的防效(91%、85%),3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉菌WP灌根处理药后30 d的防效高于化学药剂烯酰吗啉效果(90%),表明该生物药剂持效期较长。 Indoor potting experiments and field trails were conducted to study the control effects of 300 million cfu/g of Trichoderma asperellum WP on Pepper blight. Results from potting tests indicated the control efficiency had no significant difference between root-irrigating the liquid of 300 million cfu/g Trichoderma asperellum WP diluted to 2 000-3 000 times after 7-21 d and the competing product Trichoderma harzianumon Pepper blight. On the other hand, field trails revealed that the control efficiency of root-irrigating was significant better than spaying of 300 million cfu/g Trichoderma asperellum WP after 15 and 30 days. And under the same circumstances, Trichoderma asperellum performed slightly better than Trichoderma harzianum, the control effect of 30 d of 300 million cfu/g of Trichoderma asperellum WP was equivalent to that of irrigating dimethomorph, and the duration of efficacy was better than dimethomorph.
