摘要
文章以河北省大名县为例,阐述了其贫困的现状和存在的问题,分析了大名县"三年集中攻坚,两年巩固提升"的精准扶贫模式、力度及脱贫效果,提出了加强基础设施建设、深入一线开展科技扶贫、加大财政扶贫力度、调整产业结构、加强职业农民培育、实施低保政策兜底等建议,以期为全国扶贫、脱贫,促进产业发展,进一步增加农民收入,带动农民脱贫致富提供借鉴。
Taking Daming County as an example, its current situation of poverty and existing problems were elaborated in the paper. The mode, strength and effect of eliminating poverty by ＂three years of concentrated fortification and two years of consolidation and promotion＂ was analyzed. The countermeasures were proposed, such as strengthening infrastructure construction, carrying out science and technology poverty alleviation in depth, increasing financial poverty alleviation, adjusting industrial structure, strengthening vocational farmers＇ education and training, etc. These have certain guiding significance to the national poverty aid, poverty alleviation, promotion of industrial development, further increasing of farmers＇ income, and driving the farmers out of poverty and becoming rich.
