摘要
目的评价护理干预预防产后尿潴留的效果。方法选择我院产科2015年2月—2017年8月收治的328例产妇作为研究对象。依据护理方法的不同,将产妇分为观察组与对照组,每组各164例。对照组产妇给予常规产科护理,观察组产妇在此基础上,针对产后尿潴留发生的主要因素给予针对性的护理干预,观察两组产妇产后尿潴留发生情况。结果观察组产妇产后排尿时间少于对照组产妇,产后尿潴留发生率为1.8%,低于对照组产妇的9.8%,观察组产妇护理满意度为97.0%,高于产妇的89.6%,组间对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对产后尿潴留发生的主要因素对产妇实施有效的综合护理干预能够促进产妇早期排尿,降低产后尿潴留的发生率,从而促进产妇产后恢复。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on prevention of postpartum urinary retention. Methods 328 cases of Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to different nursing methods, the women were divided into the observation group and the control group, 164 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric care. Observation group, on this basis, for the main factors of postpartum urinary retention, targeted nursing intervention, observe the occurrence of postpartum urinary retention in two groups of women. Results The rate of postpartum urinary retention in observation group was less than that in control group, and it was 1.8% lower than that in control group （9.8%）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.0%, higher than that of the parturient women by 89.6%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the main factors of postpartum urinary retention, the implementation of effective comprehensive nursing intervention can promote early urination and reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention, so as to promote the postpartum recovery of women.
