摘要
目的探讨神经刺激仪引导肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞麻醉在上肢手术中的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年1—7月收治的上肢手术患者50例作为研究对象。将患者随机均分为观察组与对照组,每组各25例患者。观察组患者采用神经刺激仪引导肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,对照组患者采用传统异感法肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,均注入1%的利多卡因和0.3%的罗哌卡因混合液20 ml。观察两组患者的麻醉效果、操作时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组整体优良率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的操作时间少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上肢手术中引用神经刺激仪引导肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,能够提高麻醉的优良率,缩短操作时间,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of nerve stimulation instrument guided interscalene brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia in upper limb surgery. Methods 50 cases of patients with upper limb surgery who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 25 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were guided by nerve stimulator to block braehial plexus nerve block anesthesia. The patients in the control group were treated by traditional brachial plexus block anesthesia with different feeling methods, 20 ml was injected with 1% lidocaine and 0.3% ropivacaine mixture. The effects of anesthesia, operation time and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Results The overall good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The operation time of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differei3ce was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of nerve stimulator to guide brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia in upper limb surgery can improve the excellent rate of anesthesia, shorten the operation time, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
