摘要
对于中药药学专业学生而言,实习可谓是其受教育的最后一环,是学生从学校走向工作岗位的过渡期,同时也是学生结束实习步入社会,参与药学工作,服务于患者的关键阶段。因而在此期间,提高中药房的带教工作极为必要。然而现阶段,中药师如何更好地带教实习生,使其通过实习将课堂所学到的理论知识有效运用到实际工作中去,以提升其业务能力,已然成为中药师需要深思的问题。基于此,本文即结合自身工作实践,就中药师如何带教实习生谈一下工作体会。
For the students majored in pharmacy, pharmacy practice is the education of the final part is the transition period of students to work from the school, but also the end of the internship students enter the society,participate in the pharmacy, key stage service to patients. So in this period, improve the teaching work in pharmacy is very necessary. However, at this stage, Chinese teachers how to better the teaching practice, through practice, effective use of theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom to practical work, in order to enhance its service capabilities, has become the pharmacists need to examine the issue. Based on this, this paper is combined with the working practice, on the pharmacist how to Teaching trainees to talk about work experience
