摘要
顶岗实习作为提升学生实践能力的方式,在高职院校人才培养中得到普遍的重视与应用。笔者通过访谈了解学生在顶岗实习过程中遇到的障碍与困扰,梳理了影响顶岗实习效果的诸因素,提出改善学生顶岗实习效果的对策与建议:建立顶岗实习典型案例数据库,促进学生将知识转化为实践能力;建立校企结合心理辅导网络,完善心理疏导机制;建立个人成长档案,培养学生职业兴趣;建立多轮循环顶岗实习方式,提升学生的职业能力和市场竞争力。
As a teaching mode to promote students ’ practical ability, field work has been widely stressed and adopt-ed in the reform of talent-training program in higher vocational college. Through the interviews, the author has learn-ed about the barriers and problems in the students5 field work. Based on the analysis of factors affecting the efficien-cy of field work, this paper presents the countermeasures and suggestions on perfecting the students ^ field work, in-cluding, building the typical case database of on- the-job training to facilitate the students to transfer knowledge into practical ability through case-based teaching,establishing the school-enterprise psychological guidance network to help students adapt to their roles, setting up the personal growth profiles to cultivate the students' professional inter-est ,developing the training mode of field work in several rounds to promote the students5 vocational ability and mar-ket competitiveness.
