摘要
目前我国智能变电站二次系统尚缺少切实可行的信息安全测试方法,二次系统存在重大信息安全隐患。根据智能变电站二次系统的典型构成及结构,分析其面临的安全威胁,梳理了其主机安全、应用安全、网络安全、协议安全等信息安全需求,提出一种面向现场实用的二次系统信息安全测试方法。该方法在某220 k V智能变电站建设工程中进行了应用,测试范围覆盖了二次系统中的绝大部分的二次设备,且满足各项安全需求。应用过程中检查出了该二次系统存在若干个信息安全隐患并指导其整改。方法具有普适性、可操作性,便于推广应用。
Feasible testing methods for information security are deficient for secondary system of the intelligent substation in China at present and there are great information security risks in the secondary system also. According to typical structure of the secondary system,this paper analyzes its security threats and requirements for information security including mainframe security,application security,network security,protocol security,and so on and then presents a practical testing method for information security of the secondary system. This method was adopted in one construction engineering of 220 k V intelligent substation,its testing range covered most of secondary equipment of the system and it satisfied all security demands. In the application,this method has examined several information security hidden dangers in this secondary system and provided guidance for rectification. This method is proved to be universal and practical which is easy to be applied.
