摘要
目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者左心室重构的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性充血性心力衰竭病例80例,根据用药方案不同分成观察组、对照组各40例,其中对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组给予曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗,对两组患者左心室重构情况进行比较。结果:观察组疗效优良率97.50%显著高于对照组的87.50%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD指标改善情况较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压、心率指标均显著优于对照组;治疗前,两组患者IL-6、TNF-α、Hs-CR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α、Hs-CR个指标显著低于对照组。结论:给予慢性充血性心力衰竭患者左心室重构应用曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗,可显著提高患者心功能指标,对于改善血压、心率,提高患者自身免疫水平具有重要临床价值。
Objective To probe into the clinical effects of trimetazidine combined with simvastatin for left ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic congestive heart failure through a comparative study. Method 80 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the regimen,with40 cases in each group. In the control group was given simvastatin treatment,while in the observation group was given trimetazidine combined with simvastatin. Then,the left ventricular remodeling of two groups of patients were compared. Results The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 97. 50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of87. 50%,and there was significant difference between the two groups. Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）; After treatment,the improvement of LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group was significantly different than that in the control group（ P〉 0. 05）; After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group; Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the IL-6,TNF-α,Hs-CR between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）; After treatment,IL-6,TNF-α and Hs-CR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The application treatment of trimetazidine combined with simvastatin for left ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic congestive heart failure,which can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients,and it has important clinical value for improving blood pressure,heart rate and improving the level of autoimmunity.
