摘要
该文从原材料的质量控制、性能分析及配合比的优化,针对混合砂和天然中砂为细骨料制备的箱梁混凝土的工作性、力学性能、早期抗裂性能、徐变性能及经济效益进行了比对分析。结果表明,混合砂混凝土和天然中砂混凝土在早期抗裂性能和徐变性能方面表现相当;但与天然中砂混凝土相比,混合砂混凝土表现出更好的工作性,且实体强度要高3~5MPa,同时单方造价要低10%,可见混合砂混凝土具有更好的技术和经济效益。
From the perspectives of quality control, performance analysis and mix ratio optimization of raw materials, the workability and mechanical property, early anti-cracking capability, creep behavior and economic benefits of the box girder concrete prepared respectively with mixed sand and natural medium sand as the fine aggregate are comparatively analyzed. The results show that the two types of concrete show somewhat equal early anti-cracking capability and creep behavior, but compared with natural medium sand concrete, mixed sand concrete displays better workability, with the strength3-5 MPa higher and the unit square cost 10% lower, so it can be seen that the mixed sand concrete has better technical and economic benefits.
