摘要
从设计、材料、安全、现场等方面阐述了市政工程项目建设管理的方法和手段,指出只有在管理过程中组织有力,措施到位,才能有效保证工期、工程质量,降低投资,顺利进行验收移交。
This paper elaborated the methods and means of municipal engineering project construction management from the design,material,safety,site and other aspects,pointed out that the only powerful organization,measures in place in management process,in order to effectively ensure the construction period,engineering quality,reduced the investment,the smooth transfer of acceptance.
