摘要
目的对不同产地黄精药材进行多糖和浸出物含量测定,为黄精药材的优选提供参考。方法在全国范围收集黄精样品,用紫外分光光度法测定黄精中多糖含量,用稀乙醇作为溶剂测定黄精浸出物。结果野生滇黄精多糖含量在11.01%~17.22%,浸出物含量46.59%~58.16%,根茎繁殖和种植的滇黄精优于野生滇黄精;野生多花黄精多糖含量在10.39%~22.75%,浸出物含量48.67%~63.90%;野生黄精多糖含量在6.34%~16.79%,浸出物含量48.66%~63.09%。结论野生品种黄精多糖含量大小顺序为多花黄精>滇黄精>黄精,浸出物含量未见明显规律。品种种植中,贵州产滇黄精多糖含量与浸出物含量均较高,其次为多花黄精。
Objective To determine the polysaccharide and extract of Polygonatum sibiricum from different habitats, in order to lay the foundation for the optimization of Polygonatum sibiricum. Methods Samples of Polygonatum sibiricum were collected nationwide, and the polysaccharide in Polygonatum sibiricum was determined by UV spectrophotometry, the extract of Polygonatum sibiricum was determined by dilute ethanol as solvent. Results The polysaccharide content of wild Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et was 11. 01% -17. 22%, extract content was 46. 59% -58. 16%. Rootstock breeding and planting Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl had better performance than wild Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl. The polysaccharide content of wild Polygonatum multiflorum was 10. 39% -22. 75%, extract content was 48. 67% -63. 90%. The polysaccharide content of wild Polygonatum sibiricum was 6. 34% -16. 79%, extract content was 48. 66% -63. 09%. Conclusion The comparison of the polysaccharide content of the three wild Polygonatum sibiricum was:Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua 〉 Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl 〉 Polygonatum sibiricum, the extract content was not observed regularly. To compare the three planting varieties, the polysaccharide and extract content of Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl in Guizhou were higher than others, followed by Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.
