庚烷油池火对外热效应理论分析和仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 为揭示火场中火源对外部空间的热传递规律,以开放空间庚烷油池火燃烧为例,结合油池火热平衡方程建立了油池火热传递简化模型,提出了油池火对外热效应的计算公式;使用庚烷油池火CFD模型,仿真分析了稳定燃烧阶段油池火对外辐射效应,并对油池火对外热效应进行了理论分析和验证。研究结果表明:基于烟羽流对外热效应的热传递理论模型能够对不同热传递方式进行估算,反应火场中热传递规律。在中大尺度油池火燃烧过程中,油池火对外热效应主要是指火羽流热辐射和热对流效应,其中稳定燃烧阶段热对流约占总热量的60%,是中大尺度火灾蔓延的主导因素。 To discover the external heat transfer law of fire sources, a simplified model of pool fires external thermal effects is established by means of pool fires heat balance equations and with the burning of the heptafle pool fire in the open space as an example, arid a calculation formula is proposed. Furthermore, a CFD model of the heptane pool fire is established and the external thermal effects during the stable burning phase are analyzed. In addition, the theoretical analysis and verification are given. The results show that the theoretical analysis model Of the heat transfer law which is based on the external thermal effects of smoke plume can calculate the amount of different heat transfer models and reflect the heat transfer law in fire scenes. During the combustion process of medium and large scales of pool fires, the external thermal effects consist of heat radiation and heat convection mainly. Among them the heat convection accounts for roughly 60% of the total quantity of heat in the stable combustion stage, and is a dominant factor in the spread of medium and large scales of fire.
