上海自贸试验区金融监管改革:一要顺应统一监管趋势,完善金融监管体系;二要树立功能监管新理念,实现基于风险的产品监管新模式;三要推进金融监管法规的立、改、废,确立清晰的监管边界,增强监管的有效性;四要加强国际监管合作与协调,支持金融机构发展。
The reform of financial supervision in Shanghai pilot free trade zone should are： first, conform to the trend of unified supervision and improve financial supervision system; second, establish a new concept of functional supervision, implement the new mode of products based on risk supervision; third, promote financial regulatory legislation, to establish, change and abolish, clear regulatory boundaries and enhance the effectiveness of supervision; fourth, strengthen international cooperation and coordination in financial supervision, and support the development of financial institutions.
