摘要
为了满足农田灌排渠道过流能力需求,以水利部"948"计划项目为背景,研制开发了整体式预制混凝土矩型渠7个系列产品和拼接式预制混凝土矩型渠5个系列产品。该产品不仅能够替代传统的U型槽和梯型槽,还具有更多的优点。本文介绍了整体式预制混凝土矩型渠及拼接式预制混凝土矩型渠的尺寸设计,水力计算以及配套构件,如能快速的推广和应用到大规模的农业节水工程中,将会全面提高水土资源利用效率和效益,切实地解决农业节水的短板问题。
In order to meet the demand of farm irrigation canal flow capacity, based on the ＂948＂ project of the ministry of water resources, we have developed 7 series products of integral precast concrete rectangular channel and 5 series products of spliced precast concrete rectangular channel. The product can not only replace the traditional U type channel and ladder type channel, but also has more advantages. This paper introduces the design and the calculation as well as supporting component of the integral precast concrete moment canal and the spliced precast concrete rectangular channel. If it can be quickly promoted and applied to large scale agricultural water saving projects, it can improve the utilization efficiency and benefit of water and soil resources, and can effectively solve the problem of short hoard.
