摘要
研究了不同聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、匀泡剂和发泡剂对聚氨酯硬泡性能的影响。结果表明,采用氢氯氟烯烃LBA为发泡剂所制得的电热水器用聚氨酯硬泡性能较优,其导热系数为18.3m W/(m·K),24 h固有能耗系数为0.679,50 L水箱注料量较环戊烷/HFC-245fa体系节省约5%左右。
The effects of different polyether polyol, polyester polyol, foam stabilizer and foaming agent on the properties of rigid polyurethane foam were studied. The results showed that, the rigid polyurethane foam using hydrochlorofluoroolefin LBA as foaming agent had better performance. The coefficient of thermal conductivity of the foam was 18.3 mW/(m·K). The inherent energy consumption coefficient was 0. 679 in 24 h. Compared with the cyclopentane/HFC-245fa foaming system, the pour amount of material in 50 L tank was reduced about 5%.
