摘要
以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)/端羟基聚丁二烯醚(HTPB)混合二元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、丁二醇和分子筛为原料,采用浇注法制备了聚氨酯弹性体/分子筛复合材料。考察了HTPB/PTMG摩尔比、分子筛用量对复合材料的影响。结果表明,当HTPB/PTMG摩尔比为2/3、分子筛质量分数为5%时,复合材料的力学性能及耐热水性能最佳。
Polyurethane elastomer/molecular sieve composites were prepared by casting process using polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG)/hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene diol(HTPB), 4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI) , 1,4-butanediol and molecular sieve as raw materials. The effects of HTPB/PTMG molar ratio and the mass fraction of molecular sieve on the composite properties were investigated. The results showed that, when the molar ratio of HTPB/PTMG was 2:3 and the mass fraction of the zeolite was 5%, the mechanical properties and water resistance of the composites were the best.
