摘要
本文介绍了新建本科院校转型发展中遇到的问题及解决思路,通过南阳理工学院开展的办学思想大讨论活动,从办学思路、学风教风、教学改革、团队建设和校企合作等方面阐述了存在问题和解决的思路,为新建本科高校向应用技术型深度转型提供了办学举措和途径。
The author Introduces the transformation of the problems in the development of newly built undergraduate colleges and the solution taking Nanyang institute of technology as an example. Through the ideological discussion activity, this paper expounds the problems and solves the train thinking which exist in the deep transformation of newly built application undergraduate colleges such as study style, teaching style, teaching reform, team building and cooperation between colleges and other aspects. It provides the educational initiatives and approaches for newly built undergraduate colleges.
