摘要
社会经济的发展与人民群众共享发展成果是全社会始终关注的首要问题。"消费力标准"提出以人民群众分享发展成果程度的高低、生活消费水平高低的尺度来分析、评判、引领经济和社会的发展,并通过指标体系和数学模型予以实证,有效地弥补了以往"生产力标准"的单一尺度和思想局限,为全面评价与正确指引社会的经济、运行,有效化解矛盾、促进发展成果惠及全体人民,提供了新的科学方法、思想范式和实践工具。
The major concern of our society is always the economic and social developments, the results of which to be shared by the people. The so-called ＂Consumption Standard＂ looks at the level of such sharing plus the level of living consumption, upon which the economic and social developments are to be analyzed, assessed and guided, and to be supported by the index system and mathematical model. As a result, the old ＂Productivity Standard＂ is effectively compensated, offering scientific methods and new paradigms of thought to comprehensively and correctly lead the economic and social operation, to overcome contradictions and to promote the developments so as to bring benefits to all the people.
