基于3D扫描与对比分析的方锥件渐进成形精度测量与分析 被引量:3

摘要 冲压件尺寸精度均采用某对称面或二维截面精度来衡量,无法完整量化零件整体成形精度,提出将3D扫描与对比分析技术引入零件的精度评价中,以渐进成形的方锥件为例,将零件进行3D扫描与对比分析,把零件的整体尺寸精度与二维截面尺寸精度进行对比。结果表明,采用3D扫描与对比分析技术能较好的量化零件成形精度,该方法可用于零件整体精度的衡量。 In view of the problems that the dimensional accuracy of stamping parts that was measured by a symmetrical surface or the accuracy of 2D section, but the overall forming accuracy of the parts couldn't be quantified, the 3D scanning was introduced to evaluate the accuracy of the parts. Taking the incremental forming of the square taper parts as an example, the parts were measured by 3D scanning and the dimension accuracy of the parts was compared to the 2D section. The results showed that the 3D scanning could quantify the accuracy of the forming parts well, and the method can be used to mea- sure the accuracy of the parts.
