摘要
腰椎疾病主要是指椎间盘突出症和因椎间盘变性、纤维环破裂,髓核向背侧突出压迫脊髓而引起的以运动障碍为主要特征的脊椎疾病。该病诊断困难,临床上治愈率低。本文作者在科比宠物医院进修学习期间,治疗一例患腰椎疾病的北京犬,从临床症状和诊断等方面进行了较为详细的分析探讨,采用药物和电针的综合治疗措施,取得了良好的治疗效果。
Lumbar disease is a chiropractic one, which mainly refers to the disc herniation and intervertebral disc degeneration, fibrous ring rupture, nucleus pulposus to the dorsal prominence of the spinal cord caused by the movement. The diagnosis is difficult and the rate of cure is lower. When I studied in Kobe Pet Hospital once, cured a Pekingese suffering from lumbar dis- ease. I analyzed the disease from the clinical symptoms and diagnosis, at the same time used drugs and electro-- acupuncture comprehensive treatment measures, and achieved good therapeutic effect finally.
