摘要
海南州是青海省最大的农牧交错区,地理位置显著,农牧资源丰富,发展潜力巨大。但由于海南州畜牧业基础薄弱,生产比较粗放,产业链条短,资源利用率不高,农畜产品附加值低,农牧民群众文化程度低,发展思路狭隘,成为影响农牧业提质增效的主要瓶颈。因此,通过组建草地畜牧业试点合作社,进行合作社股份合作制改造,发展资源整合、生产要素配置、发展政策匹配等手段,全面提升海南州现代畜牧业发展水平。
Hainan Zhou is the largest agricultural grazing area in Qinghai province,with remarkable geographical location,a- bundant agricultural and pastoral resources, which have great development potential. However, there are many problems such as weak animal husbandry base, extensive production, short industry chain, low resource utilization, low value--added livestock products, low education degree of farmers, narrow development ideas, which restrict the development of grassland animal hus- bandry. So, the following measures can be used to improve the development level of modern animal husbandry： animal husbandry cooperatives,cooperative joint--stock system reform, resource integration, production elements configuration and development policy matching method, etc.
