摘要
目的:探讨大学生社交网站体像比较与抑郁的关系,以及体像满意度及自尊在二者关系中的作用机制。方法:采用社交网站体像比较问卷、体像满意度问卷、自尊量表及流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)对515名大学生进行施测。结果:(1)社交网站体像比较与抑郁呈显著正相关,而与体像满意度和自尊均呈显著负相关;体像满意度与抑郁呈显著负相关,而与自尊呈显著正相关;自尊与抑郁呈显著负相关;(2)社交网站体像比较不仅能够直接正向显著预测抑郁,而且能够通过三条间接路径对抑郁产生影响:体像满意度的单独中介作用、自尊的单独中介作用以及体像满意度和自尊的链式中介作用。结论:大学生社交网站体像比较能够通过体像满意度和自尊的部分中介作用对抑郁产生影响。
Objective： The present study was to investigate the relationship among social network site appearance comparison, body image satisfaction, self-esteem and depression in college students. Methods： A sample of 515 college students were assessed with Social network site appearance comparison scale, body image satisfaction Questionnaire, Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale（RSES） and CES-D Self-Report Scale. Results： （~）Social network site appearance comparison was positively correlated with depression, but negatively correlated with body image satisfaction and self-esteem. Body image satisfaction was positively correlated with self-esteem, but negatively correlated with depression. Self-esteem was negative- ly correlated with depression. （~）Social network site appearance comparison affected depression through the mediating role of body image satisfaction, self-esteem, and the serial mediating effects of both body image satisfaction and self-esteem. Conclusion： Body image satisfaction and self-esteem partially mediated the relationship between social network site appearance comparison and depression in college students.
