摘要
"共享经济"是当前中国经济进入新方位发展阶段的一种创新范式,根据经济发展的逻辑演进和历史经验总结,提出"组织间资本共享"概念,认为共享经济应当从个人间资本共享迈向组织间资本共享,并作为下一阶段企业创新的新范式与经济增长的新动力;同时,政府和企业在其中所充当的角色和承担的功能分别为政府应充当组织间资本共享创新的辅助角色,企业则需承担创新的主体功能;而基于组织间资本共享创新的操作复杂性问题,则分别要从政府和企业两个方面共同努力完成。
＂Sharing economy＂ is a new innovative paradigm and driving force at the current stage of Chinese economy entering. Based on the development logic of economy and history evidence, we originally propose the concept of sharing capital inter-organization in the first place, we think the sharing economy should transfer from the inter-individual to the inter-organization as the next development stage of Chinese economy. Secondly, we separately discuss the role of our government and the function of our enterprise at the stage, we think the government should assume the auxiliary work and the enterprise is the truly leading role. At last, considering the practicing complexity of the sharing capital interorganization, we propose some policy suggestions from the two aspects of government and enterprise and give a outlook in the future.
