摘要
图书馆联盟已成为图书馆事业发展的趋势,但是知识共享影响因素制约着图书馆联盟的发展,研究图书馆联盟知识共享影响因素具有重要的现实意义。本文在对知识差异、关系强度、联盟控制和知识共享行为相关文献进行研究的基础上,从知识差异、关系强度、联盟控制3方面分析图书馆联盟知识共享影响因素,并提出注重知识差异,制定图书馆联盟知识共享协调发展战略;重视关系强度,搭建开放式图书馆联盟知识共享平台;从联盟控制层面规范图书馆联盟知识共享行为等策略。
Library consortia have become the development trend of library, but the influence factors of knowledge sharing restrict the development of library consortia. The research on influence factors of library consortia knowledge sharing has important practical significance. Based on the research of literatures about knowledge difference, relationship strength, consortia control and knowledge sharing behavior, this paper analyzes the influence factors of library consortia knowledge sharing from three aspects of knowledge difference, relationship strength and consortium control, and puts forward some strategies including paying attention to knowledge difference and formulating coordinated development strategies, valuing relationship strength and building open platform of library consortia knowledge sharing, regulating behavior of library consortia knowledge sharing from the level of consortium control.
