摘要
我国立法例教学模式的形成深受英美等国立法例教学的影响,并在"原理-实践"学习路径反思以及立法人才需求的多重压力下获得了长足发展。从立法例教学模式的实施过程来看,该教学方式非常注重立法例的课前预习、课堂论辩、立法例与立法学教材的结合等环节有序开展。作为现代法学教育的一种方法,立法例教学模式日渐展现出实践程度高、互动性好的教学优势,高效地推动了我国立法学教育改革和教学方法转型,回应国家、社会对应用型立法人才的迫切需求。
The formation of the teaching mode of legislative case in our country is deeply influ-enced by the similar teaching method in other countries, like Britain and the United States. It has made great progress under the multiple pressures from the reflections on the learning path of 44 princi-ple- practice” and the demand of legislative talents. Seen from the implementation process, it focuses mostly on the ordered proceeding of the three steps : the pre-class learning of the legislation case, the while-class debate and the combination of the legislation case and the legislation textbook. As a method of modem law education, the teaching mode of legislation case has increasingly demonstrated its advantages of deep practice and good interaction, has effectively promoted the reform of China’s legislative education and the transformation of teaching methods, and has responded to the urgent demand, from the country and the society, of applied legislative talents.
