摘要
实践教学对于培养法学学生职业技能具有重要意义。文章探讨了全程参与的多情景角色模拟教学模式,详细介绍了其主要内容及在《律师制度与实务》课程教学中的具体实施,总结该教学模式的不足并提出相应的完善意见。全程参与的多情景角色模拟教学通过在传统课堂中嵌入实践教学,提高法学学生的实践能力。
Practical teaching is of great significance for professional skill training. The multi-situational simulation teaching mode is explored. Meanwhile, its main content and application to course teaching of Practice of Lawyers are also been in-troduced in this paper. Besides, improvement methods are illustrated based on the shortcoming of this teaching mode.
