摘要
高等教育投入增加为高校带来教学科研设备增长,大型仪器设备增幅明显,既缓解部分实验需求精密设备不足的矛盾,也凸显了大型仪器设备使用绩效不高的问题,扩大开放共享面、提高利用率成为高校大型仪器设备管理工作的首要任务。随着互联网技术的广泛应用,共享经济正在影响并改变人们的生活方式、思想认识、组织的管理模式、运行模式,借助于共享经济模式的优势,从创新资源配置、搭建共享平台、健全激励机制、建立规制管理、营造共享文化等方面提出高校大型仪器设备管理工作对策与建议。
With increased investment,there are more and more valuable instruments and equipments in colleges and universities. While the shortage is alleviated,there is now the problem of insufficient utilization of these valuable instruments and equipments. It has now become the primary concern to improve the utilization ratef valuable instrument and equipment management. With the wide application of Internet technology,the sharing economy is affecting and changing people＇s way of life,ideology,organization mode,and operation mode. Taking advantage of the sharing economy,it is suggested to enhance the valuable instruments and equipments management through innovating resources allocation,setting up shared platform,establishing incentive mechanism,regulation management and building the shared culture.
