摘要
因生产需求对旧电动平车进行了改造,增加了旋转平台,并在平台中部安装传动装置和结构件,保证顺利实施旋转功能的同时不破坏原有平台的刚度和强度。设计和改进的项目主要有旋转平台机构、传动机构及减速机电机的选型。此外,改进多种旧备件以达到生产要求,从而最大程度地提高综合效益。
Due to the production requirement of the transformation of the old electric flat car, increase the rotating platform, and the transmission device and the structure installed on the central platform, to ensure the smooth implementation of the rotation function and stiffness and strength does not destroy the original platform.
