摘要
采用传统的单侧支模工艺施工,高基础底板高落差处砼的外观容易出现质量缺陷,甚至出现模板坍塌的现象。该文以X工程项目为例,设计高基础底板高落差处砼的施工方案。该工程的地下水位高,为确保结构自防水质量,必须一次性完成砼浇筑,导致单侧模板承受的侧压力大、支模条件差。通过分析影响X工程项目的基础底板高落差处砼外观质量因素的保障状况,提出改进侧向支撑固定方式、合理设置模板底部锚固点、编制砼专项施工方案等措施,使基础高落差处砼外观达到预期的质量目标。
The main foundation of a project has a large floor area with a 3.6m gap, so it's easy to cause the concrete appearance quality defect or even collapsing using the traditional unilateral formwork technology. The underground water level of the project location is perennially high, and to ensure the quality of self-waterproof structure, it needs to complete a concrete pouring, resulting in the unilateral template suffering the great side formwork pressure and the poor conditions. From the view of engineering practice, the author analyzes the factors affecting the quality of concrete appearance at the base of high drop point under the complex construction environment, and proposes some countermeasures such as improving the lateral support fixation, reasonably setting the anchor points at the bottom of the template and drawing up the concrete special construction scheme in order to improve the quality of concrete appearance.
