摘要
对皖北地区三农存在的主要问题进行分析.对亳州市土地确权工作对解决皖北地区三农问题的经验进行梳理.提出皖北地区解决三农问题的主要策略.如农业问题方面:抓住契机,发展家庭农场.农村问题方面:借助土地确权成果科学的进行新农村规划;农民问题方面:借助土地流转增加财产性收入.
Firstly,we analyzed the main problems of Three Rural Issues in Northern Anhui. Secondly,we sorted out the experiences of solving northern Anhui's Three Rural Issues problems by confirming land right in Bozhou city. Finally,we put forward the main strategies to solve the problems of Three Rural Issues in Northern Anhui. As for agriculture problems: farmers should seize the opportunities to develop family farms. As for village problems:the township government should use the achievements of confirmation of land right to design the new countryside scientifically; As for the peasant problems: villager can increase their property income by circulation of land.
