摘要
利用二氧化硅对聚氨酯铸膜液在湿法相转化法下的分相成膜行为进行调控,并制备聚氨酯/二氧化硅复合超滤膜。采用扫描电子显微镜观察超滤膜的形貌,以及分离膜性能测试仪测试超滤膜的分离性能。结果表明:增加聚氨酯/二氧化硅复合超滤膜中二氧化硅的质量分数,超滤膜的水通量增加,截留率及超滤膜的孔隙率先增加后下降,二氧化硅的质量分数为15%时超滤膜的综合性能最佳。用超滤膜处理造纸工业中的麻杆蒸煮废液,结果发现:二氧化硅的质量分数为15%的聚氨酯超滤膜对废液处理效果最佳。
Polyurethane/SiO_2 composite membranes were prepared based on wet phase transition method by regulating the phase separation of polyurethane casting solution with SiO_2.The morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope,and separation properties of ultrafiltration membranes were investigated by membrane testing instrument.The results show that with the increasing of mass fraction of SiO_2 the pure water flux of the composite ultrafiltration membrane can be improved acutely,but the retention and porosity of the composite ultrafiltration membrane increases firstly then decreases.The ultrafiltration membrane is used to treat black paper-making liquor,and the best result is gained when mass fraction of SiO_2 is 15%.
