摘要
参加"校长国培计划"——首期中小学名校长领航工程的"名校长"是什么样的校长,这是培训者需要回答的问题。省级教育行政部门在遴选"名校长"的过程中起到了至关重要的作用。因此,运用成员分类分析法,对10位省级教育行政管理者进行访谈,可以回答"名校长"是什么样的校长。省级教育行政部门认为,"名校长"是工作实践中成功扮演以下8种角色的人:过程发展记录者、学校管理者、教学领导者、团队合作者、交流沟通者、数据分析者、任职不同学校均能成为很好的适应者、工作激情感染者。这可为今后"名校长"遴选标准的制定提供借鉴。
bThe first question for an"outstanding principal"trainer to answer is what image an"outstanding principal"is. The purpose of this qualitative study is to investigate what image an "outstanding principal"is in the eyes of provincial educational administrators by interviewing and classified analysis. The conclusion has been drawn that an "outstanding principal"ought to act as the eight roles: process and development recorder,school manager,teaching leader,team participator,communicator,data analyzing expert,adapting to working in different schools,passionate worker. These findings can be used for reference when the criteria of selecting outstanding principals are drawn up.
