摘要
护理人员必须不断加强自身的学习,才能适应行业发展的需求,体现个人价值。该院护理部通过对门诊护理人员进行一系列岗前培训、院内业务学习及院外学习、进修等各类继续教育活动后,有效提高了护理人员的专科护理水平,取得了一定的效果。现将方法和体会浅谈如下,希望通过对护理人员进行有效的继续教育后能够促进专科护理工作的发展,一同推进口腔护理事业的前行。
