摘要
目的探讨"渔网式"的质量控制在医院护理管理中的价值。方法该研究回顾分析该院2015—2016年"渔网式"的质量控制措施实施前后医院护理管理工作质量检查情况,并对相关数据资料进行统计分析。结果 "渔网式"的质量控制措施实施后,特一级护理合格率、重点专科、护理操作、消毒隔离、护理文书、病区管理、护理安全、患者满意度、服务质量等护理质量观察指标结果显著改善,且明显优于实施前,不同时点临床护理质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "渔网式"的质量控制措施的应用,有助于医院护理管理质量的提高,保证临床护理工作的规范性和有效性。
Objective To study the value of fishing net-type quality control in the hospital nursing management. Methods The work quality examination situation before and after the implementation of fishing net-type quality control from 2015 to 2016 in our hospital was reviewed and the related data were statistically analyzed. Results After the implementation, the special level one, key specialty, nursing operation, disinfection and isolation, nursing document, ward management, nursing safety, satisfactory degree, and service quality were obviously improved, which were obviously better than those before the implementation, and the difference in the clinical nursing quality at different time points was obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of fishing net-type quality control measures contributes to the improvement of hospital nursing management quality and ensuring the standardization and effectiveness of clinical nursing work.
