臭氧催化氧化工艺中pH值对催化剂活性的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过H_2SO_4或NaOH调节反应原水pH值,考察pH值对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,反应原水pH=5.5~7.5对催化剂活性没有影响;酸性条件对催化剂活性产生明显抑制作用,碱性条件对催化剂活性产生促进作用;当反应原水pH值超过10.5后,对催化活性产生抑制作用;经过臭氧催化氧化反应,出水pH值趋近9.0。 The pH value of the influent was adjusted by sulfuric acid(H_2SO_4)or sodium hydroxide(NaOH)to investigate the effect of pH value on the activity of the catalyst.The results showed that the pH value of the influent was in the range of 5.5~7.5,and the activity of the catalyst was not affected.The acidic conditions had a significant inhibitory effect on the activity of the catalyst.The alkaline conditions promoted the activity of the catalyst.When the pH value of the influent exceeded 10.5,a inhibitory effect on the activity of the catalyst occurs;after catalytic ozonation reaction,the pH value of the water is approaching 9.0.
