摘要
目的探讨脐旁穿支胸脐皮瓣移植足踝创伤创面的临床观察。方法选取我院2011年-2016年收治的患有足踝创伤创面的56例患者进行临床分析,对其采用脐旁穿支胸脐皮瓣移植进行治疗,创面面积15cm×4cm-25cm×6cm,皮瓣面积18cm×6cm-28cm×8cm。其中供皮区需要植皮修复的5例,其他51例直接缝合。结果 56例足踝创伤创面患者中有54例患者均是一次性皮瓣移植成功,2例患者是皮瓣移植后出现淤血拆除后再次进行缝合修复的,患者均没有出现危重情况,术后创面恢复良好。对患者随访0.5-1.5年,皮瓣移植区域和受区皮肤愈合良好,质地柔软,没有出现臃肿情况,患者足踝功能恢复较好,可以正常生活。结论足踝创伤创面采用脐旁穿支胸脐皮瓣移植治疗,具有简便、安全、有效的特点,对患者的软组织缺损修复效果较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of umbilical cord flap with umbilical cord and umbilical cord. Methods Clinical analysis of 56 patients in our hospital from 2011 -2016 years were suffering from ankle wound patients, the paraumbilical perforator thoracoumbilical flaps for treatment. The wound area was 15cm×4cm-25cm ×6cm, and the flap area was 18cm×6cm-28cm×8cm.. The donor site required 5 skin grafts, 51 of which were sutured directly. Results 56 patients with ankle wounds in 54 patients were one-time fap transplantation successfully, 2 patients were transplanted fap congestion occurred again after the removal of suture repair, the patients were no severe postoperative wound, good recovery. The patients were followed up for 0.5-1.5 years. The skin graft area and the recipient area had good skin healing, soft texture, no fat accumulation, and better recovery of ankle function. Conclusion It is a simple, safe and efective method to treat the wound of foot and ankle with umbilical fap and umbilical cord fap.
