摘要
针对电塔的锚杆腐蚀性问题,使用一种基于声发射技术的锚杆腐蚀检测方法,根据经典力学和弹性力学为基础的弹性波特征,推导出锚杆在锚固状态的震动规律,进而推导出在人工给锚杆的激励下,锚固状态的锚杆内声发射信号的传播规律,利用声发射传感器接收声波信号,对得到的声信号进行小波分析得出对比结论。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地了解锚杆的腐蚀情况。
Aiming at the problem of electric bolt corrosion tower, using a method of bolt corrosion detection based on acoustic emission technology, elastic wave characteristics according to classical mechanics and theory of elastic mechanics, vibration law derived anchor in Anchorage state, then deduced to anchor in the artificial excitation, propagation of bolt in sound the transmit signal of the acoustic emission sensor receives the acoustic signal, the acoustic signal obtained by wavelet analysis results. The experimental results show that the method can effectively understand the corrosion of the bolt.
