摘要
为研究日粮中添加大豆油对高温条件下蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清抗氧化能力的影响。选取健康的41周龄京粉蛋鸡360只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复。其中处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,分别添加10、20 g/kg和30 g/kg的新鲜大豆油代替等量玉米,处理IV组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮。预试1周,试验期为6周。结果表明,在热应激(26~33℃,平均29.5℃)状态下:(1)日粮中添加大豆油的处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ组产蛋率极显著高于处理Ⅲ组和对照组(P<0.01),日粮中添加大豆油的处理组料蛋比较对照组分别降低5.56%、7.41%、6.94%(P<0.01),日粮中添加大豆油的处理Ⅰ组平均每日总蛋重极显著高于处理Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和对照组(P<0.01);(2)日粮中添加大豆油的处理Ⅱ组蛋黄重较对照组提高18.43%(P<0.05),处理Ⅰ组蛋白高度较对照组提高26.48%(P<0.05);(3)日粮中添加大豆油的处理Ⅱ组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)较对照组提高32.41%(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量较对照组降低51.21%(P<0.05)。综上所述,高温应激下日粮中添加10~20 g/kg大豆油可显著提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋鸡抗氧化能力。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of soybean oil on laying performance,egg quality and serum antioxidant of laying hens at high temperature.A total of 360 41-week old healthy Jingfen laying hens were divided into 4 groups.Each group had 3 repeats.Four groups consisted of basal diets adding 10,20,30 g/kg soybean oil,respectively,substituting the same weight of corn and basal diet(control).The first week was set for an adjustment period,the following six weeks were set for experiment period.The results showed that at high temperature(26 ~ 33 ℃,an average of29.5 ℃)status,(1)Laying rate of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of the group Ⅲ and control group(P〈0.01).Compared with the control group,the feed/egg ratio of experimental groups were significantly decreased by 5.56%,7.41%,6.94%(P〈0.01).(2) Average daily egg weight of experimental group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of the experimental group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and control group(P〈0.01).Compared with the control group,the yolk weight of experimental group Ⅱ was significantly increased by 18.43%(P〈0.05),and the protein height of experimental group Ⅰ was significantly increased by 26.48%(P〈0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) of group Ⅱ was significantly increased by 32.41%(P〈0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly decreased by 51.21%(P〈0.05).In conclusion,experimental group contained 10 - 20 g/kg soybean oil in diet could effectively improve the laying performance and the antioxidant of laying hens.
