摘要
目的分析未婚人工流产女性的避孕行为状况及其影响因素。方法对我院2014年8月-2016年2月妇产科就诊收治的96例未婚人工流产女性临床资料进行回顾性分析,并通过描述性和二分类Logistic回归分析未婚人工流产女性避孕行为及其影响因素。结果 96例无人做到每次性生活均注意避孕;使用最多的避孕措施是避孕套,共94例(97.92%);不采取避孕措施的原因中,大部分(85例,占88.54%)抱有侥幸心理。Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度高、知晓人工流产的危害性、男友很关心避孕是患者出现避孕行为的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论应当对育龄男女青年进行避孕知识和方法的普及,宣讲人工流产的危害性,并要求男方积极的与,可降低女性重复人工流产率。
Objective To analyze the contraceptive behavior of unmarried women with induced abortion and the influencing factors.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with unmarried artificial abortion who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital between August 2014 and February 2016 was analyzed retrospectively.The data about all these patients was collected by a questionnaire survey and the contraceptive behavior and influencing factors of unmarried abortion were analyzed by descriptive and logistic regression. Results None of the 96 patients took any contraceptives or contraceptive measures when they had sex. A total of 94（ 97. 92%） cases used condoms. Most of the patients who did not take contraceptive measures（ 85 cases,88.54%） assumed that they would not be so unfortunate as to get pregant.Multivariate logistic regression analysis of contraceptive behavior of abortion patients who were unmarried showed that a good education,awareness of the harm of abortion,the boyfriend＇s attention to contraception were protective factors for patients with contraceptive behavior（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion We should make the knowledge and methods of contraception more accessible to young women of childbearing age,ask males to participate actively and make the harm of abortion better known,which can reduce the incidence of repeated induced abortion in women.
