摘要
完善社会信用体系,加快推进社会诚信建设,是党中央、国务院高度重视的重要工作,根据《社会信用体系建设规划纲要(2014-2020年)》部署,要求在全国范围内加快建设社会信用体系,构筑诚实守信的经济社会环境。海关作为国家进出境监督管理机关,找准职责定位,在通关改革、信用培育、国际合作等方面勇于履职担当,推进进出口信用体系建设,全力构建以信用为核心的新型市场监管体制,运用守信激励、失信惩戒手段,营造健康良性的进出口环境,服务国家社会信用体系建设大局。
The development of the social credit system so as to promote the social credit is a great priority to the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council. According to the Plan on the Development of the Social Credit System 2014-2020,it is required to step up the pace of building the social credit system throughout China in order to honest and credible economic and social environment. As a government agency overseeing the import and export, the customs administration should align their duties with the trend and take the responsibilities in clearance reforms,nurture of credit and international cooperation,to serve the overall plan of the development of the national social credit system by promoting the development of the import and export social credit system,building a new credit-based regulatory regime,and creating a sound environment for import and export in which honesty will be awarded benefits and discredit be punished.
