摘要
为了满足对新型多接口器件的检测需求,针对目前耐压绝缘测试仪普遍通道少、自动化程度不高的问题,设计了一款多通道的耐压绝缘测试系统。主要实现了高压多通道可靠切换方式、测试数据自动化录入和高效人机界面。通过实践表明,该系统操作简单,能够对被测物高效检测,快速反馈、数据自动化录入,提高了测试效率,完成了系统所要求的各项指标和功能。
In order to meet tlie testing needs of the new multi-interface devices,for current voltage insuland the degree of automation is not high, a multi-channel voltage insulation testing system is designed. The system mainly realizes reliablehigh-pressure multi-channel switching mode,the test data entry automation and efficient user interface. The practice results show that the sys-tem is simple,efficient and capable of analyst detection,rapid feedback and automated data entry. It improves test efficiency,and completes al the indexes and functions required by the system.
