摘要 确定一台火电机组的最佳经济负荷区间,对于了解该机组运行特性、指导发电厂商参与电力市场上网竞价具有重要的参考价值。通过分析运行中火电机组变动成本的构成,找出运行费用随发电量变化最敏感的燃煤消耗量和机组厂用电量作为计算对象,以某发电厂600 MW机组典型数据为例,结合生产成本的二次函数分析法,绘制机组的实时变动成本曲线,根据边际成本原理找出该机组最佳经济负荷区间。结果表明,通过计算得到的机组最佳经济负荷区间与实际运行情况相符,该计算方法具有一定的参考价值。 It serves as a key reference to learn unit operating characteristics and help power plants participate in grid bidding in electric power market to determine the optimal economic load zone of a thermal power generating unit. Through variable cost structure analysis on the operating thermal power unit, coal consumption and auxiliary power consumption are calculated, of which the operation cost changes most sensitively with energy output. By taking typical data of a 600 MW unit in a power plant as an example and according to quadratic function analysis on production cost, real-time variable cost curve is drawn and the optimal economic load zone is found out based on marginal cost principle. The result shows that the optimal economic load zone is consistent with practical situation. The calculation method is of certain reference value.
