摘要
目的:通过整理总结蒋小敏治疗湿疹的临床验案,发掘其治疗湿疹的临床思路和用药规律,为中医治疗湿疹提高临床疗效。方法:通过跟师门诊,收集整理蒋小敏治疗湿疹的病案。结果:临床上由血分瘀热导致的湿疹较为常见。结论:从血分瘀热论治湿疹可取得较好疗效。
Objective： By summarizing the clinical practice of JIANG Xiao-min for treatment of eczema to explore the clinical thinking and rules of medication for eczema,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of eczema. Methods： By collecting the medical records of JIANG Xiao-min for treating eczema and following her clinic course. Results： Eczema caused by blood pyroretention is more common in clinic. Conclusion： The treatment of eczema has obtained good clinical curative effect.
