摘要
本文从理论上分析了用R290替代R134a的可行性。经过热力循环计算的对比,认为R290与R134a的各种热力学性质比较接近。在使用R290替代R134a时,R290体现出比R134a更为优越的性能和效率,可以实现低温制冷和快速制冷,对系统整体性能有提升。并通过匹配实例验证了R290替代R134a系统不仅减少了工序,降低了操作难度,还很好地降低了产品成本。
This paper analyzes the feasibility of replacing R134a with R290 in theory. After comparing the thermodynamic cycles, it is considered that the thermodynamic properties of R290 and R134a are close. In the use of R290 instead of R134a, R290 reflects the R134a more superior performance and efficiency, can achieve low temperature refrigeration and rapid cooling, the overall performance of the system has improved. And through the matching example to verify the R290 alternative R134a system not only reduces the process, reducing the difficulty of operation, but also a good way to reduce the cost of the product.
