白疕胶囊对银屑病小鼠模型的干预机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察白疕胶囊(土鳖虫,穿心莲,珍珠母,乌梢蛇)对银屑病小鼠阴道上皮有丝分裂及尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层的影响及其量效关系,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用雌激素灌胃刺激小鼠阴道上皮组织增生的方法制作银屑病小鼠动物模型,直接利用小鼠尾部鳞片模型,给予白疕胶囊不同剂量(0.72 g/kg,0.36 g/kg),甲氨蝶呤(MTX)2 mg/kg及生理盐水(NS)进行干预,14 d后计数小鼠阴道上皮有丝分裂指数和小鼠尾部颗粒层鳞片数。结果与对照组相比,白疕胶囊的各剂量组及MTX组对小鼠阴道上皮基底细胞有丝分裂均具有不同程度的抑制作用(P<0.05);且均能促进鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层的形成(P<0.05),从而促进表皮的正常分化。结论白疕胶囊可通过抑制上皮细胞有丝分裂和促进表皮颗粒层生成发挥治疗银屑病的作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of BAIBI capsules on mice models of psoriasis, including estrogen induced vaginal epidermis mouse model and mouse tails' model, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods The induced vaginal epidermis mouse model was established by feeding the mouse with estrogen to facilitate the formation of their vaginal epidermis, meanwhile the mouse tails&39; model was built by using mouse tails that were born without stratum granulosum. BAIBI capsules of the different concentrations (0.72 g/kg, 0.36 g/kg), normal saline and MTX were given to mouse models for 14 days, then the mitotic index of the mouse&39;s vaginal epithelia and the number of mouse-tails&39; granular flakes were evaluated. Results Compared with the control groups, each dose of the two medicine inhibited mouse vaginal epithelial mitosis(P〈0.05), and the medicines also facilitated the formation of the granular layers in the flakes of the mouse-tails(P〈0.05). Conclusion BAIBI capsules could help alleviate psoriasis through inhibiting mouse vaginal epithelial mitosis and facilitating the formation of the granular layers in the flakes of the mouse tails.
