摘要
网络经济已经成为推动中国经济增长的重要引擎,互联网产业、计算机硬件、通信设备制造业等网络经济的核心产业已经成为经济增长的新亮点,网络经济的发展成为优化提升传统产业的新途径。河南省第十次党代会工作报告明确提出,河南要建设先进制造业强省、现代服务业强省、现代农业强省、网络经济强省,即"四大"强省建设。其中,网络经济作为信息化发展催生的新产业形态,对其他"三大"强省建设起到基础和引领带动作用,具有高潜力、强爆发力、高成长性,网络经济强省建设的提出体现了河南发展的战略思维和超前意识,而网络经济强省建设如何实现与其他"三大"强省建设的融合发展,是河南实现经济强省建设的重要内容。
The Internet economy has become an important engine to promote the growth of Chinese economy,the coreindustry of network economy, such as the internet industry, computer hardware, communications equipmentmanufacturing industry have become the highlight of economic growth, the development of internet economy hasbecome a new way of optimizing the upgrade traditional industries. The tenth party congress report of Henan clearlyput forward that Henan need to build four strong kinds of province,which contains the construction of manufacturingindustry, modern service industry, modern agricultural, the internet economy. In the construction of ＂big four＂ province,internet economy is a new economic form of information,it plays a foundation and leading role of the other＂big three＂province construction,it is currently the most potential,most explosive and most growth economic form, the aim of the internet economy strong province construction target showed the strategic thinking and advancedconsciousness of Henan province,and how to realize the internet economy strong province construction and other＂bigthree＂the integration development of strong province,is the important content to realize the economic strong provinceconstruction of Henan.
